I really like this pair of shoes. I wear them to school. I am a roaming special ed. teacher who will go from classroom to classroom on a big high school campus and these shoes are really nice and comfortable. They are breathable so my feet do not get too hot in the Los Angeles heat too :) They fit to form. I was going to get the 2W's but I read the review about the true fit and it is true. I bought the 10W and they are a dream.
Very comfortable support shoe. As a nurse, I wore them to work for the first time today and feel they do not need breaking in. My feet feel good after a full day on them.
I have very wide feet and have had surgery for bunions and hammer toe. I've recently been diagnosed with Diabetes and my feet are sensitive. After trying many different athletic shoes, I like these best and have ordered three pairs. They don't pinch anywhere and have good arch support. I hope Merrell never changes them or I'll have to start my search all over.
I loved these shoes so much that I ordered another pair. I liked that they had half sizes; which is one of the reasons I bought them. It is hard to find 10.5s. I recommend Pace Glove in Chili Pepper to anyone who fitness walks regularly. They are very comfortable.
I usually wear a size 8,but I had surgery on my right foot and had to have a screw put into the side of my foot because it kept breaking (I have osteoarthritis). Now I have to wear a size bigger and wider. These shoes are perfect. I walk every day and these shoes do not hurt my feet (This is my 3rd pair). I love these shoes. I would recommend them to anyone.
