I have been a Merrell fan for years. I was pleasantly surprised when they had this in my size (14 Xwide). This is a very comfortable and stylish shoe that is perfect for the casual work environment. I often have to walk from building to building in a large office complex, so I put on quite a few miles each week.
We use this shoe as a "casual" work shoe for someone who is on his feet a lot. It is more comfortable than traditional dress shoes and blends in well with his work clothes. He find them very comfortable. They are not always available in our local stores. It certainly has good pricing and very prompt in delivering.
I have narrow feet and it is extremely difficult to find shoes that fit properly in the local stores, I have several pairs of shoes under my desk or in my closet that just don't fit right. I like these shoes because they are the most comfortable shoes that can also pass for business shoes. The shoes are very functional and fitting for athletic events such as chasing buses, walking on uneven sidewalks, and steps. They are surefooted. The Laces are thick and stay tied. The pebbly leather uppers are top quality, look durable, are soft, perfect shape, nice heel stitch into heal. Soles are durable with soft midsole and durably grippy bottom sole. Very efficient softness/flex and durability. I had a previous similar Merrell shoe, and this thin sole did not wear out, or any other part. They lasted a long comfortable time.
